Yes it is Monday and you are thinking where is my motivation for this week, what do I need to get done? can I be bothered? leave it to the last minute and then panic.

Is this you? I know I have felt like this but taking control of the week feels so much better.

Write a list of all the important things you need to tackle this week in order of importance and then look at that list first thing everyday, get the first task done everyday...just 1 is all you need. By the end of the week you have done a massive 7 important tasks and then you can treat yourself to say well done
