  1. Identify your market. Who will need your product or service?
  2. What type of business are you ? Business to Business or Business to Customer?
  3. How to reach your customers, determine where your business will come from- where do your customers hang out- keep notes on your progress to see what is working.
  4. Set SMART goals ( specify, measurable, aligned, realistic, timed)
  5. Focus on your progress with prospective clients, how do you interact with them? What do you need to put in place?
  6. Run a meeting with your prospective client/customer, gather information and use it!
  7. Continually measure and track progress for ongoing success.
